Where should I park?

We have all day parking available on Bray’s road located at the front of the salon as well as across the road. There are also parking bays behind the salon that are all day.

We sure do! Call in salon today and we can have one ready for you to pick up.

Do you offer consultations?

Definitely, at Mandala Hair we pride ourselves in offering a thorough consultation prior to any service to ensure we completely understand what you are wanting to achieve, we will advise what is best & also provide you with a quote. Our consultations are complimentary and can range from 10 min-15 min.

What is the difference between balayage, root shadow & foils?

Balayage is a free hand colouring technique where colour is applied in a sweeping motion to mid lengths and ends. It allows for a sun kissed natural look.

Foils are placed more precisely and are a traditional technique where the hair is weaved and placed in foil. Resulting in an even colour from root to tip.

Root Shadowed colour is one of our signature looks, it is where a deeper root shade melts seamlessly into lighter ends.

Do you offer Keratin, if so what brand?

Yes we do! We use Guava by Pierre Haddad.

What payment options do you offer?

We take cash, eftpos, Visa & Mastercard.

Do I need to confirm my appointment?

We have an automated text that will be sent to you 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Please reply via text or call the salon to confirm your appointment.

What colour brand and products do you use?

We are Wella Professional salon and use the Wella Professional colour brand as well as stock their premium hair care range System Professional along with Sebastion & Eimi.

How long does a toner last?

A toner should last up to 4-6 weeks. This may vary depending on how often you wash your hair and the condition of your hair. We highly recommend our system professional home care to maintain your colour.

Can I get keratin if I have colour in my hair?

You certainly can! We recommend keratin a week before your colour.
